When you choose Google Login, BookFrom uses your verified email address and Google account identifier only to authenticate and link your BookFrom account. Google Calendar access is currently disabled.

Is payment really completed before the booking?

Yes. The customer chooses a time, provides their details and pays through the connected processor. The booking is confirmed only after payment is verified.

What is the BookFrom fee?

The current BookFrom fee is 10% of every confirmed payment. Payment processor fees may apply separately; you remain the merchant and payment owner.

Do both the consultant and customer receive email?

Yes. After confirmation, both parties receive the booking details. Notifications are sent separately and can safely retry after a temporary error.

How does the session reach the calendar?

Connect Google Calendar to check busy times and create the meeting. Customers can also add the booking to Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or through an .ics file.
